Initial Client Meeting

The meet and greet. The most important part of the process for us to build an understanding of what you want from your home.

Draft Plans

The first collaboration of ideas on paper. We’ll keep it simple in the early stages and build the detail with each review.

Preliminary Plans

It’s getting real now. The detail is there and you’re sourcing building quotes. A major step in the process.

DA/CC Plans

Nearing the end. It’s been a team effort to get here. Now we prepare the final plans and associated documents for relevant approvals.

Application Lodgement/Project Management

We’re still here if you need us. We can manage the process right through to the final tick of approval, to get your dream home underway.
